Warranty Policy
Sleek Space provides premium flooring, storage, and lighting solutions designed for residential, commercial, and workshop environments. Our products are crafted for durability and high performance. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for purchases made directly from Sleek Space or authorised sellers in Australia.
Warranty Coverage
ULTRAGRID™ and ULTRATUFF™ Tiles are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, defined as 25 years for residential use and 15 years for commercial use.
ULTRARACK™ Storage has a 5-year warranty covering rust, corrosion, and structural failure.
ULTRABEAM™ Lighting is covered by a 5-year warranty on electrical components and LED performance.
Customer Responsibilities
Assessing the suitability of products for the specific environment and requirements before purchase.
Retain proof of purchase and installation records.
Products must be inspected for visible defects before installation. Faulty products must not be installed and should be reported immediately for replacement.
All products must be installed and maintained in accordance with Sleek Space’s guidelines.
Protective measures, such as using furniture pads and lifting heavy objects instead of dragging them, should be taken to prevent damage.
Defects or issues must be reported to Sleek Space promptly.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship identified during the original installation.
The warranty applies to products used in residential, commercial, or workshop environments when installed and maintained correctly.
What Is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, including fading, scuffs, scratches, chips, or other signs of regular use, is not covered.
Surface damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care is excluded. This includes dragging heavy objects, dropping tools, or using sharp or abrasive items on the flooring.
Improper installation, including failure to prepare the subfloor correctly or not following Sleek Space’s guidelines, is not covered.
Tile movement, which may occur in rare cases due to subfloor conditions such as insufficient friction, unevenness, the layout of the space, or high-impact activities, is not covered. Customers are responsible for arranging appropriate stabilisation or anchoring solutions if required.
Expansion and contraction of tiles, which are normal characteristics of plastic flooring systems due to temperature and humidity changes, are not covered under this warranty.
Water damage caused by flooding, spills, or subfloor moisture is excluded.
Damage from environmental conditions such as extreme heat, cold, humidity, or prolonged exposure to UV light is not covered.
Issues caused by sharp vehicle angles or driving over dips/slopes creating excessive lateral pressure on the flooring are excluded.
Relocation and reinstallation issues, such as damage caused by removing and reinstalling tiles in a different location, are not covered.
Labour costs, including those for installation, removal, or reinstallation, are not included in the warranty.
Additional costs, such as repainting, removing fixtures, or accommodation, are also excluded.
Important Conditions
All products must be inspected for visible defects prior to installation. Products installed despite visible defects will not qualify for warranty coverage.
Sleek Space’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. The maximum liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Any defective tiles will be replaced free of charge, including delivery. If you choose to return your flooring for reasons not related to a structural defect or workmanship issue, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
